CFM Zone

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Overview

CFM Zone (“CFM Zone,” “we,” “us”) is a companion website for Madden NFL franchise leagues: standings, rosters, stats, trades and league management tools, with integrations with third-party platforms such as EA Sports and Discord (together, the “Service”).

By visiting the site, creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

1. Eligibility

By using the Service you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Discord account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Discord account secure. You can sign out of every device at any time from your profile.

We may refuse service to anyone, and you may not copy, resell or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our written consent.

3. League data and third-party services

The Service works with third-party platforms, including EA Sports (Madden NFL) and Discord. You understand that:

  • Data from these platforms may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed or unavailable.
  • We do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee they keep working with the Service.
  • We are not liable for interruptions, errors or the discontinuation of third-party services.
  • You allow us to access, store and display your league's data only for the purpose of providing the Service.

4. EA account connection

Before connecting an EA account to a league, please read and accept the following:

  • This is an unofficial integration with EA's services, built on the method made public by the open-source Snallabot project.
  • We never see or store your EA password. We only store the access tokens EA issues for your account, encrypted, so the league can be synced on your behalf.
  • Using unofficial third-party tools always carries some risk of restrictions on your EA account. CFM Zone is not responsible for any action EA takes on your account.
  • You can disconnect the EA account from the league's Commissioner Panel at any time.
  • By connecting, you accept that you use this integration at your own risk.

5. Content you add

Members and commissioners can add content to a league, such as announcements, trade proposals, votes, champions and profile information (“User Content”). You keep responsibility for your User Content and confirm it does not break the law or anyone else's rights. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the Service. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Do anything unlawful;
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, defame or discriminate against others;
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are;
  • Upload malware or try to interfere with, overload or break the Service;
  • Get around access controls, or reach leagues and data you were not given access to;
  • Manipulate league results, trades or votes in bad faith.

Breaking these rules can lead to suspension or removal of your account or league.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that league data will always be accurate.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CFM Zone is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
